These chod’s instructions, which contain the method to attain the inseparability of the Three Roots: Lama, Yidam and Khadro, were transmitted orally to Yeruwa Drogon Mengonwa Marton Gyalek by Khandro Karmo Cenchigma,during the 10th century CE.
This text, among the three main sadhanas of Sipai Gyalmo, is the secret one; the chöd to attain the way of the khandro. This A Kar Zhi Chod was compiled by the second Victorious One (Buddha), Nyamme Sherab Gyaltsen. This is the extraordinary chod practice, transmitted in an unbroken lineage by the succession of Abbots from Menri monastery.
